• The candidate should have appropriate qualification & experience in similar shipping / Terminals operations. Preference shall be given to Graduates.
• Requires good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Must be PC savvy with above average skills in standard Windows applications and mail clients such as Outlook.
  

Job Profile :
The position shall be responsible on 24 x 7 basis for the following :

• Prepare and execute the vessel discharge and load plans.

• Manage and control the execution of the vessel operation plan, ensuring that the vessel file is closed within four hrs of the completion of vessel operations

• Filing and housekeeping of planning related papers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Also maintain that all vessels receive paper work in a timely manner.

• Meet vessel on arrival, to finalise and provide all loading documents, and quay crane working sequence. Maintain that all vessels receive final departure paper work in a timely manner

• Understanding of vessel stability and safety under discharge and load criteria and whether intended discharge and load plan meets those criteria’s.

• Performs other related duties as required or directed by reporting officer.

• Should try to follow the pre-stowage plan received from the vessel planners of shipping lines. In case of any changes made by the vessel the same to be intimated back.

• Any other operational or administrative activities as assigned by the reporting officer.
