• The candidate for this position is a highly analytical change agent, preferably from the Ports / Terminal business but could possibly come from a manufacturing or logistics back ground also. Preference shall be given to Graduates.
• Good Interpersonal & problem solving skill and fluency in English.
• Must have excellent skills in standard Windows applications and mail clients such as Outlook or Outlook Express.
  

Job Profile :
The position shall be responsible for the following :

• The management of operations process design, redesign, and control.

• Insures that sufficient metrics are captured and analyzed to effectively measure poor performance through individual processes.

• Communicates terminal performance to management to assist in planning and execution efforts.

• Leads process redesign efforts, tracks results, and communicates effectively with port management.

• Responsible to solve gaps in IT functionality.

• Plays an active role in gathering and communicating innovative practices within the organization.
