Manager - Organisation Development and learning
  • The candidate should have appropriate experience and education in Organisation developments & training.
  • Excellent Interpersonal & problem solving skill and fluency in English.
  • Must have excellent skills in standard Windows applications and mail clients such as Outlook or Outlook Express, Power point presentation.

Job Profile :

Training :

  • Responsible for leading the training function for all Levels which includes Managers, Technicians / Operatives

  • Design and develop the Training Strategy of the Company to ensure that there exist in the organization an environment of continuous learning and development.

  • Guide the training manager in carrying out all activities related to Training & Development of Managers & Associates, maintaining Training Data Base, QS-9000 systems implementation in HR, infrastructure support etc.

  • Ensure that all the training and Development system Exceed the Requirements as per the Quality Standards.

Performance Management:

  • Drive Cummins Performance Management System in the organization to ensure and sustain a Performance based culture.

  • Institutionalize the Individual Development Plan Process (IDP) in order to drive a clear linkage between individual Performance, Development and Recognition

  • Conduct regular sessions on the Performance Management system

  • Develop systems and processes for career progression of employees and design developmental plans for high Potential employees to strengthen the Leadership pipeline.

Communication:

  • Develop and implement Communication Strategy for the organization.

  • Preparation of internal communication plans that support Co. goals and objectives.

  • Manage and coordinate publication of Co. newsletters and carry out regular effectiveness audits and design action plans for improvement.

Associate Growth Plan:

  • Deploy and Administer the Associate Growth Plan of the company.

OD Intervention :

  • Creating systems & processes to implement OD initiatives directed towards organizational change & effectiveness

  • Create and implement systems for positive employee engagement and People development

  • Work closely with the Management team to make HR a stakeholder in the overall business strategy.

  • Provide a broad range of Human Resources strategic and tactical interventions and support the management in developing a positive environment.

Human Resource Management System (HRMS):

  • Shall be responsible to upgrade and ensure on time maintenance of the Oracle HRMS system as a tool to support the business.
